TOP 5 TRAINSTOP FOOTBALL PLAYER PROFILES

Since launching in November 2024, The Trainstop app has grown to over 6,000 users that play Aussie Rules. Over 500 local to semi-professional Football clubs are using the app to find their next star recruit.

Let’s take a look at some of the best player profiles on Trainstop and how their season’s are tracking.

5) Jesse Uren

Height: 176cm
Weight: 75kg
Position: Midfielder
Club: Mitcham (EFNL)

Player Bio:
The captain of EFNL Div 1 side Mitcham, Jesse has kicked 20 goals from 9 games so far this season from the midfield. Mitcham currently sits 3rd on the ladder behind only Park Orchards and South Belgrave. However, coming off the back of a 10-goal win over ladder leaders Park Orchards, Uren’s Mitcham will be confident they can go all the way in 2024.

4) Jett Hartman

Height: 191cm
Weight: 89kg
Position: Tall Defender
Club: Mooroolbark (EFNL)

Player Bio:
Trainstop club member Jett Hartman has enjoyed a strong start to the midpoint of the season. Juggling his time between Collingwood’s VFL program and Mooroolbark, Jett has been at his intercepting best this season, to the point of regularly being tagged by opposition forwards to negate his intercepting game. At the local level, Jett has played 7 games and been listed among the best players 6 times, with many claiming he would be winning Mooroolbark’s BnF to this point of the season despite missing a good chunk of the season due to his 4 games at VFL level for the Pies.

3) Tom Gross

Height: 183cm
Weight: 70kg
Position: Midfielder
Club: Kew Rovers (YJFL)

Player Bio:
A first-round draft fancy, Tom is a goal-kicking mid from Trinity Grammar and the Oakleigh Chargers. Tom has already worn 4 different guernseys this season (Trinity, Vic Metro, Australia, and Oakleigh Chargers). An incredible mix of power and composure, Tom has the ability to take a hanger and kick a bag of goals and has, in fact, kicked a goal in every one of his games so far this season. A product of local club Kew Rovers in the YJFL, Tom is hoping to hear his name called out in the 2024 AFL draft.

2) Thomas Baulch

Height: 186cm
Weight: 84kg
Position: Utility
Club: Wangaratta Rovers (Ovens and Murray)

Player Bio:
Commonly known as “Prime Train,” Tom has had an incredible season so far. After spending the 2023 season playing for the Wangaratta Rovers in the Ovens and Murray, Tom decided to play solely exhibition games this season. Playing all over the world, from the New York Magpies to Elizabeth in the Div 12 Ressies match, Tom has played for a number of Trainstop subscribed clubs, most notably Blighty FC, where he famously had 81 disposals!

1) Joshua Green

Height: 178cm
Weight: 81kg
Position: Medium Forward
Club: Clarence (TSL)

Player Bio:
The former AFL forward has kicked 25 goals from 7 games for Clarence this season. He has been an instrumental part of the 2nd-on-the-ladder Clarence side, which welcomed back another former AFL great, Jack Riewoldt, for their round 8 clash against a stacked Lauderdale side. Josh returns this week from injury and looks likely to be a vital part of his side's finals campaign, where they will look to knock off undefeated ladder leaders North Launceston.
