It’s almost human nature to keep thinking of the negatives about a situation. When you and your colleagues get into the collective habit of complaining, it can be really hard to break free of the negativity.
If you find you are focusing on the negatives about your job- try turning your attention to the positives.
When you have a win, or find enjoyment in your relationships with colleagues, make a note of these occurrences. Practice recognizing and acknowledging what you are grateful for.
