TrainStop is a personal training group focused on the improvement of health and wellbeing of Employees who typically spend a large portion of their time at a desk.
Such a lifestyle can cause not just physical health implications but also mental health issues which as a result can cause productivity at the workplace to decline
TrainStop runs 30 minute morning sessions for employees to get them moving and starting their day on the right foot. The sessions include a mix of stretching and posture work as well as circuit training to get the heart pumping and finishing with breathing activities to calm them down before the working day starts
