TrainStop’s “Touch in” program looks to improve the overall health and wellbeing of employees through 30-minute morning training sessions that include stretching, circuit training, mindfulness and posture work. Why do we do this? Because post isolation and people being forced to work at home, Calls to Lifeline have increased by 25% and calls to Beyond Blue are up 40%, This is due to stress, financial strain and poorer health. Regular exercise has been proven to improve physical health, mental wellbeing and even productivity. Our “Touch in” Program runs 3 mornings per week and is open to all employees (capped at 100 per session), So employees can touch in with their physical and mental health before logging into work.
