TrainStop started from a conversation with a friend who said he didn’t feel like logging into work now it was home-based, he felt uninterested, unmotivated, and overall unhappy. I suggested we do some training together and mindfulness work together at the local park before work starts.
He gradually started building fitness, reported that he was more productive during the day, and was looking forward to our morning sessions. He has since scored a promotion and is now training for a half marathon! From this point, a business idea was developed and TrainStop was born!
